Coming Up
Software changes are on the horizon. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we have been searching for a solution to our online booking. Since our current system is not hitting the mark we will be using new software in the coming months.
How will this affect you?
IT SHOULDN'T! We will be working on transferring everyone's upcoming appointments over. So other than a few extra emails you shouldn't need to do anything!
Why are we switching?
The new software allows you to (hopefully) book ALL of your appointments online, including some that the previous system was not able to handle.
When we first opened we tried our hardest to find the best software possible! While what we found worked pretty well, we didn't know what to look for when choosing software. So, with a year of experience under our belts, we started looking for something that would fit our needs and yours for years to come!
Will there still be an app?
Kind of. Instead of it being an app that you download to your phone it is simply an optimized (mobile friendly) version of our online site. You will access from your browser (google, safari) on your phone. There is a member section where you can create a login just like the app. It will show you all of your transaction history, upcoming appointments, as well as allow you to schedule appointments for yourself.
